Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad referred to the People’s Assembly the draft law for the 2016 state general budget, which is set at SYP 1,980 billion.
The draft law for the budget, along with the government’s financial data about it and the schedules of the budget were discussed by the Cabinet at its weekly session last Tuesday.
The state general budget for 2015 was SYP 1,554 billion.
