Moscow, SANA – Head of the Syrian Commission for Family Affairs and Population Hadeel al-Asmar said the unjust European sanctions against Syria had no effect on Damascus political stances but triggered grave consequences on the Syrian people.
During her speech at the plenary session of the Eurasian Women’s Forum in Saint Petersburg on Friday, al-Asmar called for condemning terrorism targeting Syria.
She added that terrorists are the main cause of migration as terrorists have been working on undermining the Syrian state and violating human rights, including women and children rights.
