Damascus, SANA – Temperatures remain above average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is still affected by the southeastern low air pressure accompanied by southwestern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The expected temperatures in some cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/20, Daraa 35/20, Homs 34/20, Lattakia 33/23 and Deir Ezzor 39/24, according to the Meteorology Department.
The Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather is partly cloudy in general and misty over al-Badiya, al- Jazeera and the eastern areas.
The winds are changeable to northwesterly of light to moderate speed, while the waves are of low amplitude.
