Iran to investigate into the cause of President Raisi’s helicopter crash

Tehran, SANA-Mohammad Bagheri, Iran’s military chief of staff, has ordered an investigation into the cause of the helicopter crash, media report said on Monday.

Bagheri ordered “a high-ranking committee to launch an investigation into the cause of the president’s helicopter crash”, the report said,” according to IRNA News.

Earlier, the Iranian News Agency announced the martyrdom of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and the delegation accompanying them as a result of the helicopter crash that was carrying them in East Azerbaijan Province.
