Al-Sayyed: Behavior of true believer is giving and helping those in need

Damascus, SANA- Syria is steadfast and will remain so despite this ordeal created by enemies, thanks to the rallying of its people around its army and leader, said the Minister of Awqaf (Religious Endowments), Muhammad Abdel Sattar al-Sayyed.

In a televised speech on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, al-Sayyed asserted that the behavior of the believer during the holidays is through giving, being kind to orphans, helping the needy and the poor, alleviating the suffering of the displaced, along with performing  duties.

Minister al-Sayyed congratulated President Bashar al-Assad along with the whole Syrian people on the occasion of this Holy Eid, asking God to return it with full triumph and prosperity for the entire Arab and Islamic nation.
