Syria offers condolence to China over victims of earthquake that struck the northwest of the country

Damascus, SANA-  Syria offered its deepest condolence to the Chinese government and people for the victims of the earthquake that struck Gansu Province, northwest of the country.

“The government of the Syrian Arab Republic extends its deepest condolence and expresses its sincerest feelings of sympathy to the government and people of the friendly People’s Republic of China for the victims of the earthquake that hit northwest of China” Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement Wednesday.

The Ministry added that Syria affirms its full solidarity and support for the leadership, government and people of the friendly People’s Republic of China, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
