“A Russian Il-76 plane took off from Makhachkala Airport heading for Egyptian al-Arish Airport, as 27 tons of humanitarian aid will be delivered to representatives of the Egyptian Red Crescent, who in turn will provide it to the people in Gaza,” Novosti Agency quoted the ministry as saying on its telegram channel.
