In a phone call with Mikdad, Velayati offers condolences on martyrs of Military Academy

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Fayssal Mikdad, received a phone call from Iran’s Supreme Leader’s adviser Ali Akbar Velayati , in which he offered condolences to the Syrian people due to terrorist attack on the Military Academy in Homs.

Velayati affirmed that his country supports Syria in its affliction and it is ready to provide all kinds of assistance to support it and to fight terrorism and those behind it, including United States, the West, and the Zionist entity.

Mikdad ,for his psrt, thanked Velayati and Islamic Republic of Iran for their supportive stances on Syria , stressing that the need is to move forward in Syria and Iran’s confrontation of the enemies’ schemes of the people, the first one is the Zionist entity that is now striking Gaza, and committing war crimes against humanity with the support of the colonial West and its terrorist tools.
