Damascus, SANA- Syrian Airlines has announced the resumption of its flights to al-Najaf International Airport in Iraq, at a rate of two flights per week.
Commercial Director at the Syrian Airlines, Samer Koussa, noted in a statement to SANA reporter that the resumption of operating Damascus-Najaf air route at a rate of two flights per week (Tuesday and Friday).
He added that this came due to the increase in booking requests among travelers from the two countries back and forth.
He added that the decision contributes to alleviating the suffering of travelers and facilitates the arrival of Syrian expatriates to their country, in addition to alleviating the suffering of Iraqi travelers who wish to visit Syria for vacations and tourism.
