Lavrov, Bin Farhan discuss developments in Syria, bilateral cooperation

Cape Town, South Africa, SANA- Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, discussed on Thursday with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, bilateral cooperation and the latest developments in Syria, Sudan and Yemen.

Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Lavrov and Bin  Farhan held a meeting on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the BRICS group in Cape Town.

The Ministry added that both sides held talks on  stances of the two countries regarding urgent international and Middle Eastern issues, particularly the situation in Sudan, Yemen and solution to the crisis in Syria.
