Aleppo International Airport to resume flights on Wednesday

Damascus, SANA- The Syrian Civil Aviation Authority announced the return of Aleppo International Airport to service and the resumption of flights, as of the dawn of Wednesday.

The Syrian Civil Aviation Authority said in statement that its cadres, in cooperation with the authorities and institutions concerned, have repaired the damages caused by the Israeli aggression and put the airport back into service.

It also called on the national airlines to arrange their flight schedules through the airport and to serve passengers as usual.

On May 1st, a military personnel was martyred and seven others, including two civilians, were injured in Israeli aggression targeting the vicinity of Aleppo city. The Israeli aggression also put Aleppo International Airport out of service.
