Mikdad discusses, in a phone call, with Tunisian counterpart relations between Syria and Tunisia

Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Dr. Fayssal Mikdad, discussed in a phone call with his Tunisian counterpart, Mr. Nabil Ammar, the relations between Syria and Tunisia and the ways to develop and boost them.

During the call, Minister Mikdad appreciated the solidarity of the Tunisia, leadership, government and people, with Syria to overcome the effects of the earthquake, and willingness of Tunisian President Kais Saied to raise the level of diplomatic representation between the two countries.

For his part, the Tunisian minister reiterated his condolences to his counterpart Mikdad, affirming that Tunisia continues to support Syria and is working to consolidate relations with it in various fields.

The two ministers agreed to continue boosting diplomatic relations between the two countries and to conduct mutual visits in the coming period.
