Solidarity stand in Aleppo with Journalist Mohammad al-Saghir Kidnapped by QSD Militia

Aleppo, SANA- Aleppo journalists staged Sunday a solidarity stand demanding the release of Syrian al-Ekhbariya Channel’s reporter in Hasaka province, Mohammad al-Saghir who has been kidnapped by the US-backed QSD militia since 2019.

The journalists called for immediate release of al-Saghir after his health conditions became bad, denouncing the assaults and practices of the QSD militia against journalists who fulfill their duty in the light of silence of international, humanitarian ,and media organizations.

“Arresting the journalist al-Saghir for conveying the truth and exposing the practices of the tools of the American occupation,” a member of the executive office of the Journalists Union, Abdul Karim Haj Obaid, told SANA reporter.
