Daraa, SANA-Two tourist groups visited landmarks of Busra al-sham city to enjoy its deep rooted history.
The groups included 25 tourists from Lebanon and Slovenia.
They toured old city of Busra al-Sham , the Roman theatre and the citadel and listened to an explanation about the importance of these monuments and their historical and cultural status.
The tourists expressed their admiration for the beauty and ancient civilization they saw on the ground.
Busra al-Sham city includes 45 archeological sites inside and outside the ancient city.
The city was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980.
