Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Monday legislative degree no.19 for 2022, amending the Article no. 43 of the Military Pensions Law issued by the legislative decree no. 17 for 2003 and its amendments, and Article no. 42 of the Internal Security Forces Pensions Law issued by the legislative decree no.2 for the year 2012.
According to the decree, the injured military personnel whose service have been terminated shall be referred again to the Military Medical Council and the Health Investigation Board or Committee according to their rank to determine the percentage of their disabilities after the aggravation of their injuries.
