Damascus, SANA- Yemeni House of Representatives has strongly condemned the recent Israeli aggression that targeted some sites in Damascus vicinity which lead to the martyrdom and injury of a number of soldiers, reiterating its standing and solidarity with the Syrian leadership and people in the face of the Israeli acts of aggression.
The House of Representatives said in a statement on Saturday, “The continuous attacks of the Zionist entity on Syria are a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of an Arab country and a flagrant violation of international principles and laws.”
The statement expressed astonishment and regret at the suspicious silence of the international community, the United Nations, its affiliated international organizations, and human rights advocates regarding the arrogance and barbarism of the Zionist entity.
The statement called on the international community, particularly the International Security Council, to assume its responsibilities towards the crimes of the Zionist entity against Syria and the Arab region, expressing condolences to the families of the victims of this brutal Zionist aggression.
