Hasaka, SANA-Hasaka governor, Ghassan Khalil, discussed with the deans of faculties there solutions to the problems of the halt of faculties in Hasaka from performing their functions after some of them been seized by QSD and others were bombed by US occupation airplanes.
The governor said that there is no alternative to restoring the faculties as they are designed as university collages in terms of auditoriums, halls and laboratories and there are no such buildings in the province having the same characteristics.
Khalil stressed that the university is ready to run exams during the next few weeks in case of restoring them, otherwise the students will be transported to the two faculties of economy and civil engineering in Der Ezzor ,with the students of Cordoba Private University to be transferred to Aleppo.
Al-Fourat University, Hasaka branch has 8 faculties and 4 institutes in addition to open learning program specialized in banking and law studies.
