A protest in Abu Hamam village in Deir Ezzor countryside against acts of QSD

Deir Ezzor, SANA-Citizens of Abu Hamam village in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside organized a rally on Monday against US occupation forces-backed QSD militia, condemning its brutal practices of confiscating their property and livelihood, and kidnapping their children.

Civil sources told SANA reporter that protests took place on Monday in Abu Hamam village in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside against QSD militia calling for the expulsion of its militants from the area, putting an end to its practices, confiscation of the people’s livelihood and property, theft and smuggling of oil, and the cessation of the abduction of young men to force them to fight in its ranks.

The sources added that the protesters blocked the main roads of the village with burning tires and stones, and chanted slogans condemning the QSD militia, which brought reinforcements to the village in order to suppress and disperse the demonstrators.
