Damascus, SANA- Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, Seyyed Reza Fatemi Amin said that there are great prospects for development economic relations between Syria and Iran.
“During the visit to Syria, there will be good proposals which fit the capabilities and circumstances of both countries and constitute an important turning point for bilateral relations,” Fatemi Amin said in a press statement upon his arrival on Sunday evening at Damascus International Airport.
For his part, Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Dr. Muhammad Samer Al-Khalil, stressed that the Iranian delegation’s visit is part of the continuous communication and coordination between the two sides to boost relations in various domains, especially the economic, industrial and investment fields.
During this visit, important meetings will be held, as well as the opening of 2nd Iranian products exhibition in Damascus, with the participation of 164 Iranian companies from various sectors, he said.
