Damascus, SANA – Due to weather conditions, Damascus University postponed all the exams scheduled for Sunday January 11th in all its colleges and institutes and in its branches in Sweida, Daraa, and Quneitra to a date to be set afterwards by heads of colleges and institutes.
Minister of Higher Education Mohammad Amer Mardini told SANA that rectors of universities and heads of institutes have the authority to set new dates of these exams in accordance with the circumstances and nature of each of them.
As for the schools and institutes of the Ministry of Education, the exams are postponed till the first week of the second semester.
