Hasaka, SANA- For the third consecutive day, Turkish occupier and its terrorist mercenaries continue to cut off drinking water completely from Alouk water station in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn of Hasaka, depriving more than a million citizens in Haska city and the residential centers and surrounding areas from drinking water.
In a statement to SANA reporter, director of Hasaka Water establishment, Mahmoud al-Akla, said that the water problem in Haska can only be solved by expelling the terrorist organizations from Alouk station.
He stressed the need for the intervention of all parties and international organizations to stop the crime committed by the Turkish occupation against one million people who depend on Alouk water station as the only source of drinking water.
Al-Okla added that the establishment is currently focusing its efforts on securing drinking water for people of Hasaka through tankers and transferring it to the city of Hasaka, pointing out that humanitarian and relief organizations will be asked to increase the quantities of drinking water to the tanks existed in Hasaka city synchronizing with monitoring works of the tanks and ensuring the water suitability for human use.
