Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Saturday issued the Law no. 8 for the year 2021 on establishment of the Micro-Finance Banks.
The Banks aim at securing the necessary funding for projects of smallholder producers, small entrepreneurs, and those who have a low income or zero-income through granting them operating loans in order to secure additional income for this segment, create job opportunities and achieve sustainable development.
