Temperatures around average, misty and hot weather expected in eastern region

Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain around average or slightly above as the country is affected by superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be misty and hot with dusty conditions in al- Jazeera, al-Badia “semi desert” and the eastern regions, meanwhile, the weather will be cold at night, particularly over the high mountains.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and active gusts sometimes, while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/23 Daraa 33/23, Homs 34/22, Lattakia 34/26, Aleppo 38/22 and Deir Ezzor 42/27.
