Damascus, SANA- The Cabinet has approved offering a direct financial support to the poultry breeders in light of the importance of this sector in food security, allocating SYP 9 billion to carry out the Agriculture Ministry’s plan in this regard with the aim of reducing the costs of production and to encourage returning the facilities that had suspended work.
The Cabinet, during its weekly session on Sunday, chaired by Prime Minister, Hussein Arnous, approved to add SYP 25 for each received kilo of wheat in the areas that are far from the centers of provinces to reduce the burdens of transporting the crop by the farmers.
The Cabinet also approved the memo of the Local Administration Ministry that allocates SYP /9.350.000000/ billion to back the budgets in all provinces to complete implementing the services and development projects in addition to the projects being approved by the councils of provinces that can promote the level of the services provided to citizens.
