Slovak Political analyst: Unilateral coercive economic measures imposed on Syria “war crime”

Prague, SANA- Slovak political analyst Eduard Chmelar condemned as “barbaric work and war crime” the unilateral coercive economic measures imposed by the western countries on Syria which include medicines and food supplies.

In a statement to SANA correspondent in Prague on Wednesday, Chmelar said that the west is flagrantly practicing double standards policies as it exploits the spread of the coronavirus to escalate its propaganda war against Syria, pointing out that these policies come at a time when international calls to lift economic sanctions continue.

Chmelar expressed his deep rejection of the sanctions imposed on any country as they are “unethical and negatively affect the peoples.”
