Okamura underlines necessity of taking effective measures for facing Turkish aggression

Prague, SANA- Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, Head of the Movement of Freedom and Direct Democracy Tomio Okamura affirmed that the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territories represents a continuation of the policies of Recep Tayyip Erdogan which violate the international law in the Middle East.

Okamura, in a statement, asserted that the world’s condemnation of the crimes committed by the Turkish regime in Syria isn’t enough, but what is also required is to take effective measures such as boycotting it economically to account it for these crimes such as shelling and occupying the territories of the Syrian state and killing its people, and helping terrorists.

He indicated that the current Turkish aggression is the outcome of the failure of the policies of the EU and the U.S. towards Syria, adding that this aggression has clearly shown the repercussions of violating the international law and undermining the stability of the region.

Okamura noted that the only solution to the crisis in Syria lies in the return to the bases of the international law through the withdrawal of all foreign forces which are deployed in Syria without the approval of its legitimate government and through eliminating terrorism.
