Damascus, SANA- The skies will remain partly cloudy to partly cloudy sometimes while the temperatures will continue to drop to become lower than average in most areas as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by relatively cold and wet air mass.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that thundershowers will fall and they will be accompanied by hail sometimes, particularly over the coastal, northern and inland regions.
The wind will be southerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed with active gusts and the sea waves will be low in height.
Different amounts of rainfalls have been registered in several Syrian provinces over the past 24 hours as follows: Lattakia 18,5 mm, Tartous 10 mm, Banias 6,2 mm, Hama 4,5 mm and Aleppo 1,2 mm.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 23/14, Daraa 22/15, Homs 23/12, Lattakia 27/16, Aleppo 23/12 and Deir Ezzor 29/14.
