Moscow, SANA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Monday discussed over the phone with Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif efforts for resolving the crisis in Syria.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the two sides discussed a number of issues, including finding a political resolution for the crisis in Syria as part of the preparations for the upcoming Astana meeting which will be held on April 25-26.
