Kuwait, SANA-Syria’s Olympic football team beat its Kuwaiti counterpart 2-0 in a match held on Sunday in Kuwait within the 5^th group of Asia qualifications that also includes Jordan and Kirghizstan.

Mohammad Kamel Kawaya and Abdul-Rahman Barakat scored for Syria at the 10^th and 22^nd minutes of the game.

The Syrian team also beat Kirghizstan 2-0 in the opening match of the qualifications.

It will meet Jordan next Tuesday.
