Hama, SANA- In retaliation to their attacks on safe areas and military posts, army units destroyed mortar launchers and fortified positions of the terrorist groups in the towns of al-Latamina and Kafr Zita in Hama northern countryside.
SANA’s reporter in Hama said that army units conducted bombardments with suitable weapons targeting mortar launchers and rocket launch pads used by terrorists in the surroundings of al-Latamina and Kafr Zita towns from which terrorists used to target civilians in the neighboring villages and towns and the military posts.
The reporter added that a number of mortar launchers and rocket launch pads were destroyed in the bombardments, in addition to destroying terrorists’ fortified positions.
Terrorist groups positioned in al-Latamina town on Saturday morning fired rocket shells on residential neighborhoods in Mharda city in the northwestern countryside less than 24 hours after attacking Salhab city, causing only material damage.
