Baghdad, SANA- Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim reaffirmed his country’s call for finding a political solution to the crisis in Syria.
The Iraqi Media News Agency quoted Hakim during his participation in a dialogue panel on the sidelines of Davos Economic Forum as saying that “Iraq calls for finding a political solution to the crisis in Syria to preserve its territorial integrity.”
Commenting on Iraq’s strategy in combating terrorism, al-Hakim said “It is based on continuing military operations to eliminate terrorism,” indicating that the Iraqi forces are continuing to eradicate the remnants of terrorists from the Iraqi territories.
