Damascus, SANA – Syrian media establishments won two awards in the 8th Al-Ghadeer Media Festival which was concluded on Friday evening in al-Najaf city in Iraq.
The satellite channel Talaqi won an award for the best varieties program for its Morning Newspaper program, while Sawt al-Sha’b radio won an award for best political news broadcast.
The festival is organized by the Iraqi channel Al-Ghadeer. It began on Thursday with the participation of 399 media establishments from Iraq and 21 other countries.
