Vientiane, SANA – President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Bounnhang Vorachith, received the credentials of Dr. Imad Moustafa, Syria’s non-resident ambassador to Laos, during an official ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Vientiane.
Ambassador Moustafa conveyed President Bashar al-Assad’s greetings to the Lao President who reciprocated the greetings and expressed happiness over Syria’s victory against terrorism.
The two sides noted that Syria and Laos have been subjected to unjustified US attack, adding that the two countries are looking forward to further enhance bilateral relations and build a better future.
