Moscow, SANA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the upcoming periodic summit for presidents of the guarantor states of the Astana process on Syria (Russia, Iran and Turkey) is to be held in Russia.
During his meeting with deputy foreign ministers of the other guarantor states, Lavrov said that all the observers acknowledge that the Astana formula is the most effective in terms of making advancement on all tracks of resolving the crisis in Syria.
