Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will witness a notable increase to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a weak high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia (desert) areas.
The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 26/13, Daraa 26/12, Homs 25/11, Lattakia 26/16, Aleppo 24/12 and Deir Ezzor 29/16.
