Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be warm and stable in general with some scattered clouds while it will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia (desert) areas.
The wind will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/10, Daraa 22/7, Homs 18/4, Lattakia 24/14, Aleppo 19/6 and Deir Ezzor 23/7.
