Hasaka, SANA Qamishli International Airport ran 192 flights during last month between it and Martyr Bassel al-Assad International Airport in the coastal province of Lattakia and Damascus International Airport.
Seven of those flights were outside the country to Kuwait.
Mohammad Deckro, Head of Qamishli Airport, which is based in the northeastern province of Hasaka, told SANA reporter that the total number of passengers who travelled on the flights reached 18,072, including 8, 342 arriving passengers and 10,730 departing passengers.
There were 953 passengers on international flights.
