Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain higher than average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy in general and local rain showers might fall over al-Jazeera area while the weather will be relatively cold at night and fog is expected in the mountains in the early morning.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/10, Daraa 24/12, Lattakia 24/15, Aleppo 23/12, and Deir Ezzor 25/16.
