Temperatures to drop, rain expected in most areas across the country

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around or slightly above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern airstreams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with high humidity on the western and southern areas.

The winds will be northwesterly of low speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 28/13, Daraa 27/12, Homs 28/15, Hama 30/14, Lattakia 28/18, Aleppo 27/14 and Deir Ezzor 30/14.
