Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will continue to rise to become over average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds. Misty weather is expected in the eastern areas, al-Jazeera, and al-Badia desert.
The wind will be southeasterly with a light to moderate speed while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 26/13, Daraa 26/13, Homs 24/9, Lattakia27/15, Aleppo 25/11, and Deir Ezzor 28/12.
