Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will drop to become slightly below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general and that local rain showers will fall over the northwestern, coastal and al-Jazeera areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will rise to become around average and the skies will be partly cloudy in general and local rain showers will fall over different areas across the country.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/6, Daraa 19/7, Homs 15/6, Lattakia 19/13 Aleppo 16/6 and Deir Ezzor 20/8.
