Astana, SANA – Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday that it has been informed of the plans of the guarantor countries of the cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria concerning the date and level of the next meeting on Syria in Astana.
In a statement to the reporters, Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov said the Ministry has received preliminary information from the guarantor countries, mainly Russia, that the representatives of these countries are discussing the date and level of representation for the upcoming meeting in Astana.
He added that more detailed information will be received by the beginning of next week.
