Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday two decrees naming Rima al-Qadiri Minister of Social Affairs and Jamal Shahin Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, replacing Kinda al-Shammat and Hassan Safiye, respectively.
