Damascus, SANA – President Ahmad Al-Sharaa received on Saturday the gilded medal of the Lebanese Dar Al-Fatwa.
His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian the grand mufti of Lebanon handed over the medal certificate to President Al-Sharaa, in consideration of his Arab stances and his efforts, gifts and sacrifices in the service of Syria.
The gilded medal of the Lebanese Dar al-Fatwa is a high symbolic honor awarded by the Dar al-Fatwa in Lebanon to prominent figures in recognition of their Islamic and Arab stances, and their efforts in serving national and religious causes.
