Mecca, SANA-Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) , Dr. Muhammad Abu al-Khair Shukri received Wednesday, Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq al-Rabiah at the Syrian mission headquarters in Mecca, voiced his appreciation for the distinguished facilities and services provided to Syrian pilgrims.
Minister Shukri stressed the importance of joint cooperation to ensure that pilgrims perform their rituals with ease and reassurance, and the keenness of Syria and the mission to fully adhere to Saudi instructions and regulations.
Shukri conveyed the greetings of President Ahmad Al-Sharaa to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Kingdom’s leadership, commending the Kingdom’s tremendous efforts in serving pilgrims and the continuous development of the Hajj system.
The Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah indicated the Kingdom’s keenness on the rights of Syrian pilgrims and providing them with the best services, and expressed his hope that stability and tranquility would prevail in Syria.
