Ankara, SANA- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan affirmed that his country will support all efforts aimed at achieving Syria’s political unity, territorial integrity, social peace and reconstruction.
In his speech during the 8th round of Justice and Development Party (AK Party) held in Mersin city, Turkish President noted to the positive effects of overthrow of the former criminal regime in Syria, and the formation of a new government.
President Erdogan said “A large number of Syrian brothers will undoubtedly return to their homeland, as with Syria’s recovery, the return of displaced Syrians to their homeland, from Turkey and all over the world, will increase”.
The President went on saying “But as we always say, our home and hearts will always be opened to those who remain in Turkey, we do not forcibly displace anyone like tyrants”, adding that his country will support all efforts aimed at ensuring Syria’s political unity.
