Damascus, SANA- Several secret documents sent by different security branches on transferring a number of children to certain orphanages were found, according to Media Office at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
“We faced great difficulties in collecting the documents. We are currently working on updating the archiving systems and ensuring the recovery of lost or damaged data with the aim of speeding up the investigation process and ensuring transparency in dealing with these issues,” the office said.
The office called on the families of missing children to go to the branches concerned with the Social Affairs and Labor Directorates, to give them the names of the children and any information that may contribute to facilitating the search process and counting the cases accurately.
