Damascus, SANA – Syrian Energy Minister Mohammed Al-Bashir discussed on Tuesday areas of co-operation in the energy sector during a meeting via videoconference with Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Saleh Al-Kharabsha and Director General of Qatar Fund for Development Fahad Al-Sulaiti.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for transporting gas from Qatar through Jordan to Syria, the role of the Qatar Fund for Development in supporting projects, as well as investment opportunities and exchange of expertise.
