Damascus, SANA-Syrian Airlines has announced the cancellation of its scheduled round-trip flights between Damascus and Sharjah for Monday due to airspace closures at the time of the flight.
In a notification shared via its Telegram channel, the airline stated that the outbound flight is numbered 501 and the return flight 502, with departure from Damascus scheduled at 15:30 and from Sharjah at 20:30.
The airline noted that tomorrow’s flights are still planned, although departure times have been adjusted. Updated schedules will be announced in due course.
Several countries in the region have closed their airspace due to ongoing strikes between Iran and Israel, now entering their fourth consecutive day.
