Marrakesh, SANA- The Maghreb Arab Press (MAP) signed Thursday in Marrakesh three partnership agreements with the Syrian Arab News Agency “SANA”, the Italian News Agency “ANSA”, and the Bosnia and Herzegovina News Agency “FINA”, on the sidelines of the thirty-third session of the General Assembly of the Association of Mediterranean News Agencies “AMAN”.
The agreement, which was initialed by Fouad Arif, Director General of the Maghreb Arab Press Agency, and Professor Ziad Al-Mahameed, Director General of the Syrian Arab News Agency “SANA,” provides for the establishment of a framework for the free and bilateral exchange of multimedia content, including texts, images, videos, and infographics.
The agreement also provides for direct and secure access to the editorial platforms of both agencies, giving each agency priority in covering events in both countries, facilitating correspondents’ work, and organizing joint professional visits and training courses in editorial, technical, and digital fields.
